Pikes Peak Park Baptist Church offers many ministries that support our community.
We have these ministries available for those to be involved or to volunteer in:
34 Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’
Matthew 25: 34-36 ESV
Fellowship Community FREE Lunch
Every Thursday @ 11:30 a.m.
Our Fellowship Community Meal Ministry provides a FREE, hot, ready to eat lunch for families and individuals who need it. No registration or signup is required. Whether you want to eat, serve, or make a donation, come on over. You will be welcome! After the lunch is served, we have a special ministry to the needy in Colo. The church also has a food pantry ministry. We ask our members for food donations so we can then turn around and help those families who are in need. This ministry also helps contribute to the Thanksgiving and Christmas Baskets. The Food Pantry hours are: 9am-4pm-Mon.-Thurs.
Clothing Closet Ministry
"The Clothing Closet Ministry" is one of our benevolent and community outreach ministries. It lovingly provides slightly used clothing for infants, children, and adults who live in our community. Selection varies from month to month and we attempt to have season appropriate clothing at all times. Occasionally we will have a FREE clothing giveaway held in our parking lot. All in need are welcome! Please call the church office for more information.
Blessing Bag Ministry
"The Blessing Bag Ministry" is another one of our benevolent and community outreach ministries. These bags are filled and prepared by our church members and then placed where they can be picked up and distributed to those in need. Please call the church office for more information.
